I can not get contact information on ads. I am a registered user and logged in. There is an ad for something I would like but have no way of getting the contact information.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I have tried contacting the administrator but have had no response.

Yes, same problem but have not contacted administrator. Very frustrating.

Try turning your ad block off

First I will say use a different browser like Fire Fox while you look at the ads and you may see the contact info.

Second if this does not work , If the screen name of the seller is available highlight it, right click and copy it.

Go to the top of the screen on the left under USERCP. Click this. Scroll down to send a new message. Click this. Paste the user name in the spot, write your message and send.

Good luck - that's what we need - I don't see any way to contact the seller - all roads lead back to the screen with no contact information. HELP Administrators!! How can we sell and buy with no contact information.

I have the same issue, even got a new computer, it worked then, but when Firefox did its upgrade, contact seller info gone again. When I go in through Edge, it works. Seems like Firefox is the issue somehow. Administrators tried to help me to no avail.

I had the same problem and contacted TOTV via email. They had to clear up the issue from their end. Since then I always post my phone number in the body of my ad so people with the problem can still reach me. Good luck.

Sign out of TOTV and then sign back in, works for me

If you are not seeing the contact seller information either you have not clicked on your registration activation link or you are entering the incorrect user name and password.
