I noticed in the TOTV Classified section that there’re some folks in TV that are running a mini flea market out of their garages....advertising lots of items...sometimes multiples of the same item

Question?...if this is happening in your neighborhood is it causing a problem or just a minor annoyance....I.e....traffic, strangers, etc.

Maybe could be considered .... running a business out of your home

No problem.
 

It seems there are many more things to worry about than someone trying to make a few extra bucks selling a few odds and ends. I think its great when a person wants to try to make a few extra bucks, on their own and not depend on others, If a person wants to work more power to them. we can use more people that want to do a little extra to make ends meet.

Are they operating in violation of any CC&Rs, laws or other enforceable rules?

Personally I would not welcome continuing commercial activity adjacent my residence.

can you provide a link to the ads?

could it be estate sale, garage sale/liquidation? Now law against that? or is there?

What did community standards say when you called them ?
