Brake lights are "backwards", on BEFORE you press pedal than off when you do
 

A weird one...brake lights "work"...the lights come on, turn signals work...night running lights work.

The only think wrong it the brake lights are ON when they should be OFF and off when they should be on.

Adjust the switch? Take off the 4 torx bolts and pull up the pedal assy?

Or is there an easier better way?

It's a 2007 CC 48V president, with curtis cab.

That is the correct path, the brake switch is under the pedal assembly.
