Big Grey Bird Hurt
 

There is one of those big grey birds by my house that seems to have hurt his leg. He is limping and looks to be in pain. They usually go around in pairs but I can only see this one.

Is there anyone I can call to come and help this poor bird?

I called and they don't come out to help these birds and there is no one in Sumter County that helps also. FF&W said they don't come out to help these birds, I guess these birds are supposed to know enough to go to them when they're hurt. I feel so bad for this poor bird but don't know what to do. Seems nobody wants to help them.

I know it is painful to observe this wild bird struggling but unless you can locate a bird rescue outfit to capture and rehabilitate it nature will take its course as it has for millions of years.
