Air gun range
 

Is there an air gun range at The Villages? I thought I saw something about it but can't find it now. If there is, can you tell me where it is?

The air gun range is on Rio Grande, between Morse Blvd and Del Mar Drive. Near the Rio Grande pool.

Check out the Thurs Recreation news supplement...there is usually an entry in there about their schedule. I believe they allow any resident to come shoot one or two afternoons a week and club members other times.

Thank you Villages 07 - we'll be at the villages next week and will check it out. Really appreciate the directions as well since we aren't familiar with the villages.

The range is behind the mailbox station at the Rio Grande Family pool. It is open to anyone Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 until 11. They will provide guns, ammo, and targets. Thursday the range is closed for club compititions. Any other time the range is open if you have all your own equipment.

Great range and great group of people there to help.
