Condos in The Villages
 

Does anyone know if The Villages have Condo's for sale?

They have townhouses (preowned) for sale. They are on the Villages.com

Located around Spanish Springs Town Square and The Carriage Houses at Glenview. One, two, and three stories.

There is one for sale in the 1200 block Avenida De Las Casas (Villas of Spanish Springs ).

And there are two in The Vista Sonoma Villas and one in Sunbury on Willow Brook Lane. May also be some that are not listed with the Villages.:wave:

This gentleman is asking about a condo?! We don’t have large multiple unit/condo buildings in The Villages, correct? Townhouses & Villas are not the same.

you might try assisted living......, kind of like a condo

The Villas Of Spanish Springs are Condos. three to five units per bldg.(Pod).

If they have an independent condominium association with fees to maintain the buildings they are condos. If the only fees they have are amenity fees like everyone else they are simply attached villas. Assisted living is closer to a nursing home than to a condominium. There are however apartments within The Villages at Sumter Grande and probably others.
