Beware of Maidpro
 

This company made an appointment and the owner said if there was any problems the day of our appointment he would make sure someone was there. A day prior to our first cleaning we received a call to confirm our appointment and we were also told we would be charged $50 for a cancellation. The morning of our service we received a phone call from the cleaning company that the cleaning person had an emergency. 25 minutes prior to the appointment. Beware- unreliable- no one showed up. They’ll tell you they’re licensed bonded and insured as though that makes up for everything.

We use Crystal Clean, 352 551 9618, they have been very reliable over the last 18 months, and if a problem arise, like sickness last week, they are very prompt at rescheduling. No cancellation charge as far as I know, but we never had to cancel. Usually show up with 3 people. Give them a call.
