Coming in march!

We are closing in march and would like information on reputable backsplash, closet, a versalift installer, and a lanai guy to close it in love to hear from people and their recomendations

My personal recommendation is to move in, settle in for a few months, and then start making improvements. Then you will know your neighbors a little better and find out from people you feel are credible who is good and who is not.

I will give you the best backsplash installer--William Parker 352-347-0954. the most reasonable and he can show you a great portfolio of his work. I had my lanai enclosed by Harbortown Homes. 352-259-3379. they start on time and end on time.

I would urge you to think twice about closing in your lanai. During many parts of the year, there is glorious weather here, including at night.

Depending on the setup of your garage attic, you might not have space for a Versalift, especially considering you still need the original access point (scuttle). Although you could have both, you would lose a considerable chunk of storage space. This might not be an issue, if you have a super big garage.
