The inn is full, so to speak, at Florida Dachshund Rescue and intakes are on hold. We need more foster parents. We have two types of foster dogs. One is a forever foster. For whatever reason the dog cannot be adopted out, so you would have the dog for the rest of its life. Or a temporary foster where you foster a dog until a new permanent home can be found for that dog. Medical expenses are paid by the rescue. A great way to have a dog on a temporary basis or to have a dog and not have to pay expensive medical costs.
