I tried to post another thread, but I haven't seen it come up. I don't post many threads, so who knows where my other thread went !!!!!!

We have a CYV and right now it is on the market to sell. We haven't had any luck with that and our contract with The Villages Real Estate is up the middle of January. We are thinking of renting it when this contract is up.
I have read postings with JD Management mentioned. Has anyone used them? Are they good? Does anyone have their phone number and maybe a contact person there?? We really would appreciate any help.

I think TOV is the greatest way to get any information regarding The Villages.
Also, the reason for selling is that we bought a larger house, a designer house. We wouldn't leave The Villages for any other place. We absolutley love it.

JD Mgt is the third company which I've used to manage my property and they are the best. Very thorough, and friendly, with reasonable fees. FAR better than the Villages Property Mgt, for many reasons which I have written about before.

I have had JD rent my home (ranch) for the past two seasons. They are an excellent company to do business with. Call Jane or Dianne and then meet with them to discus your needs. They have about 60+ homes that they rent and have always rented all of them thru the winter season down there. They screen all renters and then take care of everthing after that including cleaning the home after the renters leave. 352 638-3870

JD, sounds good. How much do they charge?

Their charge is 15% which is very reasonable.
