Souther Oaks progress flyover 3-11-18
 

This past Sunday the weather was better than forecast and I was able to fly the construction areas of Southern Oaks. Lots of aggressive work going on in phases 1 and 2 south of CR468. Over 50 new houses under construction, up from the dozen or so just a month ago.

Looking at the golf course construction I would guess they will have the grass down very soon and take advantage of the wet summer growing season and open the new courses sometime in the fall (just a guess).
