Good Golf Course Conditions
 

Played Hacienda yesterday, Oaks to Palms, and the course conditions were very good. Greens smooth and fairways tight with plenty of grass. We played Orange Blossom on Friday and found pretty much the same conditions, except the greens are very fast - probably the fastest greens I've ever played in TV. I should add that we played Tierra last week too, and there are some big problems on some of the greens, with major sections sanded with ugly green sand, as there must have been weed problems. We were told that Tierra is being shut down soon for rework on the greens. A shout out to the course maintenance folks, you are doing something right.

Tierra's fairways are lacking.

Hmm, they just re-did Tierra a few years back. Too bad its gone to pot.
