Kiwi - Fraudulent Airplane Booking Site
 

Don't book any airplane tickets through Kiwi. I booked a flight from Charlotte to Orlando. Then they say it may take a couple hours to confirm my flight. A couple of hours after that a pop up from Kiwi appears on my screen saying no seats were available. Then a text message on my phone appears from my bank fraud unit informing me that Kiwi had charged my account and was trying to charge a second time. Then Kiwi sends me two emails telling me to click to confirm my ticket. I responded saying I no longer wanted the ticket, informing them about the pop up. And telling them I had made another reservation. It bounced back not accepting it, telling me I should call customerservice which was an out of country telnum with a 44 international code.
