No pool in De la Vista
 

There isn’t a pool in De La Vista any recommendations on what pools in the area we should consider using?

Mission Hills, Tierra Del Sol, Rio Grand, Chula Vista, Hacienda Rec. Center are all options in the area.

There are several Villages with no pool and a few don't even have a postal center. I didn't buy a home we liked in one Village because there was no postal center and you had to travel a couple miles for mail or a pool.

I would think it would impact home values in those neighborhoods.

Most have both close if not in their Villages, but for some it's a bit of a journey.

Tierra Del Sol is a neighborhood pool across the street from Del la Vista executive golf course. Easy to miss because it looks like a country club pool since it is on Tierra Del Sol golf course. It's not it is part of the small rec center adjacent to it. Nice pool - enjoy.
