We have bought several items from City furniture. We recently made a purchace that when it arrived, we were not very happy with it.

They bent over backwards to make it right!

We think it is important to acknowledge the good, not just report the bad!

I dealt with them twice and the entire transaction went well both times. They like to give you 6 or 12 months to pay interest-free. Just make sure you zero out the balance before the anniversary date or the 30% interest goes back to the very first day. One of our neighbors got hammered with this. Better off with Louie The Loanshark.

There are a lot of better furniture stores in the area than City. Try Babbetts

Just wait a few years--then quality comes through or lack of it

Which furniture store or stores would you recommend?

More bad than good opinions on CF over the past few years. Interesting to see Babbett’s going into Brownwood. Could CF no longer be the teachers pet ?
