You are modifying the outside of your house, be sure to check with ARC for approval.

Rob Robey is very good but it depends on the area you want done. He did a large area for us at reasonable cost but was way overpriced for a much smaller area.

I agree with villagetinker. There is a certain percentage of property that must remain grass. If you are at your maximum, you would not be able to enlarge it. The Architectural Review would know that.
