We are beyond excited! My wife and I will settle on our new Fenney home on May 18th. Our dream has come true. We look forward to meeting our neighbors and spending time in our happy place..

We will not be full time for a few years yet but I have a feeling that we will be there more often from now on. We have lived in Maine for 18 years after moving from New Jersey.

We will be on Sea Oats Lane. We purchased a preowned home that was never lived in.

Congrats. One piece of advice — don’t touch the landscaping until you absolutely, positively know exactly what direction to go. Learn the local plants and growth rate before you hire someone. Ditto on upgrades. Remember any upgrade, even paint can void all or part of your first-year warranty (call Home Warranty before doing anything to see what will be voided).

In the meantime, enjoy your new home. Take time to have fun in between unpacking. Welcome to your new neck of the woods.

They are running out of street names. Welcome home, there are many here who rejected the Northeast. We have to go back once or twice a year. That's a tradeoff I can live with. Glad your here.
