Make sure you get ARC approval for your project. The contractor will get the necessary permits. IMHO, you should get the ARC approval (no cost), it typically takes 2 weeks. On a prior project, I relied on a contractor to do this only to find out they did not, 18 months later when we were doing another project, very embarrassing. I managed to avoid the fine, when I showed the authorities what happened. |
