Holly Tree
 

I have a beautiful Holly tree in my back yard (stands about 8 feet) In the last week the front of tree facing west, has dropped all its leaves and others are turning yellow. (the sides and back are still green) It is not over watered, neighbor said it may have a fungus. I have spray, but there is a nest of blue jays, , and I do not want to spray, until they leave the nest. And I am not sure what is killing it. Anyone who is knowledgeable about these trees I would appreciate some advise. Thanks
