Metal detector help
 

Can anyone who owns a metal dector help me locate my property corner pins. I would like to establish my rear property line to install a hedge buffer. I live in Liberty Park.

The metal detector club has member that offer their services. You are aware that you need ARC approval, and depending on the CDD you are in there maybe specific restrictions on buffer hedges. We went to Sumter County building department and were able to have the full set of house plans emailed to us. This (16 pages) includes a detailed plot plan, which you will need to show where the hedges will be located. If your are planning on hedges between houses, you may need to stay away from the drainage area.
