Bright House For TV & Internet and Phone
 

Has anyone had experience with bright house? My niece got away from comcast on internet and advised me to look for other options. Any reply's are welcome. Thanks Cheryl P:shrug:

It's my understanding that Bright House is not available to TV residents. I for one would be very receptive to have a cable alternative to Comcast's internet service. In September I signed up for automated payment to our credit card and since then they've charged an annoying "convenience fee" of $4. for this service,although there is no notice in their schedule of charges. Each month when I call to protest they credit it but then each month it reappears on the new billing. It is a "system error," according to the latest version from the Comcast service rep and they "haven't been able to correct their computers yet." Maybe if they pooled all these $4 fees they could afford to get their software rewritten.

I do know that Fox Network and Brighthouse have had some recent contract disputes. I've been seeing ads on Fox 35 (Comcast Channel 10 in TV) that unless the dispute is resolved, the Sugar Bowl will not be available to homes with Brighthouse.
