Beware of advice on here...... I followed several people’s advice and used Heavens Best because my first choice was booked a couple months out....... never again...... called him back for second trip for a couple spots that were missed.... he came back quickly, but did not change the outcome. Carpet was no cleaner when he was done than before I called him. I should have followed my instinct when I saw his equipment the first time.....

Thanks for the info. I'm still waiting on a return call from a few days ago. Now I'll know to choose someone else.

I also took the advice of a previous recommended carpet cleaner, Heavan's Best, and was greatly disappointed. He sprays a cleaner then uses what appears to be
a blotting device. It only removes top soil. I had to have my carpets cleaned again using a process that really works, Steam Cleaning or Hot water extraction. They have a two
man crew, an extraction motor mounted in van that really extracts the dirt. The process is used by Stanley Steamer and other local carpet cleaners.
