What about that birthday greeting you got? Not your birthday?
 

About 5,000 of you got a birthday greeting from Talk of The Villages today, even though it isn't your birthday. Why is that.

When people sign up for Talk of The Villages, there is a place where you are asked for your birthday date. If you don't put anything in there, it defaults to January 1st, and we automatically send out a birthday greeting.

It happens every year on this day.

So regardless of when your birthday is, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Thanks- wondered what I missed! I just figured it was for my half birthday - like when you were little and say " I'm free-and-a-half", (holding fingers appropriately)! Now I can't hold up 56 1/2 fingers. Time sure does fly in TV!
