Cognitive testing
 

I need a neurologist, I think, to give me a diagnosis for my Dad. I know there is an issue but would like to know what I am dealing with. His PCP doesn't see a need and tells me to put him in assisted iiving. The SNF he is in says living alone is not an option. His 90 days will be up and of July and I need to figure out next steps. Thank you.
