Need Recommendation for Raised Lanai Foundation Repair
 

The previous owner of our home had the raised lanai extended several feet. Recently, I've noticed a wide vertical crack in the foundation of the addition to the lanai. I'm looking for a recommendation for a company who repairs foundations.

I just spoke to a rep from Ram Jack and sent him photos of the crack. Ram Jack is a company that repairs home foundations. The rep said it does not look structural and he sees cracks like this all the time. They are settling cracks. I'm going to take his advice and fill the cracks with an epoxy sealer and finish with paint when the sealer cures.
