golf cart batteries eBatteries

Has anyone used this type of golf cart batteries or any other maintenance free. AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology and are virtually maintenance-free like a car battery. Another bonus to these golf cart batteries is the fact that they don't leak or corrode the terminals. eBatteries To Go offers charts to match your cart's length, width, height, and amp hour (AH) to the correct maintenance-free golf cart batteries.

I see no one responded to your question. Have you tried them yet?

These are also referred to as a gel cell battery. FYI: The life cycle is the same as a wet cell (typically 4 years). The run time is similar to wet cell batteries. They cost 2 to 3 times as much. The advantage - you don't have to check the water levels. Stick with the deep cycle wet cell battery like a Trojan 6 volt T-105, an 8 volt T-875 or a 12 volt T-1275. If you don't like checking water levels every two - four weeks, look into purchasing a single point battery fill system. Trojan makes a very nice one with rubber hoses, a very distinctive eye which tells you if your batteries need water and they are made by Trojan for the Trojan batteries. About $200.00. We have a friend that has original Gels in his 2002 Gem, still running! Amaazing!
