I called to have my cart looked at because it's making strange sounds. I was told Sept 7 was the earliest appointment. They had it in June for service and spilled grease on the clutch and I believe that is what causing the noise. We called the sales office in Lake Sumter where I bought it and told them if they can't service the carts in a reasonable time frame they shouldn't be selling them. They are taking the cart tomorrow morning. Geez two months for service is nuts!!:mad:

Leave it without an appt. and they’ll give you a loaner. That’s what I did a few weeks ago. Easy peasy.
