Curious re: accident

This around 10:30 or 11:00, or so we were down at Colony and encountered the after-math of an accident that had happened at 466a at the intersection that goes into the Neighborhood Walmart. Many emergency vehicles were there and it looked like EMT's were helping someone in the driver's seat. It was a white, late-model SUV with it's front end all smashed. We didn't see any other vehicles that could have been involved though there could have been. Does anyone know what happened? I just hope that the folks involved weren't seriously injured. I've seen way too many people blowing signs here and wondered if that could have been what had happened.

Is there a traffic signal there...or just a stop sign?

I know I'll probably get creamed (:D), but I'm one of those that have no problems...with intersection cameras.

Or even speed cameras.

Bring them on; I'm all in for any means of enforcement tactics to stop the running of red lights, speeding, reckless driving, DUI, etc.

Traffic signal and I wonder what you mean with your comment. You make no sense.

Traffic signal camera = proof of who/whom was in the wrong.

Speed cameras = who/whom are speeding.

Pretty simple concepts...actually.

Neither of which, to my knowledge, are in place in this area

Always remember when driving in TV always....ALWAYS....assume the other person is not/has no intention of stopping....that they will always pull out in front of you.....they will always blame you (flippin' da bird).

Far too many drivers in TV should not be behind the wheel in the first place....they can't see or hear and reaction times are non existent.

Always drive with the head on a swivel....look then look again before proceeding!!!

I always assume that my 92 year old neighbor is on the road and to be very very careful..Also, lots and lots of medical episodes out there, I know first hand with my husband. Be careful everyone!
