Dean’s or Massey?
Recommendations for pest, termite and lawn fertilization. I hear it’s either Dean’s or Massey. After buying a new home, I was informed that the property was treated for termites by Massey.

I use Massey.
Not totally happy. I have Weeds for 8 Months now. When signing with them, They said No Problem. STILL WAITING!!! |
Deans or
I've had Deans or 5 years. They aren't perfect, but when I see a problem and call the office, they're on top of it.

I think both companies are good. But, I went with Massey because they allow a pay as you go system. When they perform a service, I pay for it online. I offered to hire Dean's, but they wanted me to authorize them to charge my credit card automatically every month. I said I would pay them monthly or for services performed, but they refused, so they lost my business.

If you switch to another company they will want an initial treatment $$$ |
We used Massey when living in Ocala, my wife was unhappy with their pest control program, now that we have a CYV we chose Deans. Some of that decision was based on a friend's good experience with Deans. We have no lawn so I cannot comment on the lawn treatment program.

We used to use Massey and switched to Leeco and have been very happy since the switch.

Have had Dean's for pest control for 8 years. Happy with them. Fertilizing, we use fertigator.
|
We use Florida Pest Control, no complaints. They bill us when service is performed.

Depends on what day of the week it is.
Both firms have good days and bad days. Both firms have good reviews and have bad reviews. Good Luck. |
Thank you
