I have some librarian friends who live in Alaska as some of my fellow U of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management colleagues were on the same WICHE grant program I was on. But I was on for the State of Nevada.


They help pay for the school. You return to work in that state as a librarian for a certain amount of years. The U of Denver was very expensive even in 1983 and 1984.

I worked on something that the State of Nevada felt had a sufficient impact on librarianship in Nevada even though I was in CA, MN, IL and FL.
