Sidewalks on 441
 

Does anyone know why sidewalks were recently installed on Hwy 441 including pedestrian signal lights? The reason I am asking is simply that I have never seen a single person walking on this sidewalk and am wondering just how much of whose money was wasted on this project.

With TV's demographics morphing younger, the needs of skateboarders had to be considered.
