What kind of problems? My neighbor has one of these, and had problems with debris getting into the pumps and the water fall slots. A good cleaning and revisions to the screening to block debris appears to have fixed the problem.

There's a leak in the liner - the water drains out. Looks like all the stones and slabs will have to be removed.
