I'm wondering about those phones
 

On Saturday nights, I watch the MSNBC program "Lockup" It's a real life documentary about life in the nations prisons. Last night, they were showing the inside of the "execution chamber." There was a bank of phones on the wall.

It caused me to wonder if they have one of those automatic answering systems.
