Here's a video on this wonderful salad with homemade dressing. I made this for lunch yesterday and it was sooo good!

I did add a little sugar and a teaspoon of red wine vinegar to the dressing.

I just got back from my Cardiologist and Avocado was on their video of what to eat for heart healthy, I actually stopped and bought four Hass for $5 in Publix. Thanks for the recipe. If you leave the video running she goes into several more wonderful looking salads, i.e. Avocado and Shrimp ............. oh yummy. The doctor wants me to lose a few pounds, this could do it!

I made it again the other night and added a bit too much dressing and it wasn't as good. Be sure to taste it before you add more. It was great anyway. I also added some romaine lettuce for crunch and it was good that way too. I also did it once without chicken.
