To the Republican party for inviting President Obama to today's seminar and also to the President for accepting !

May it begin to push these folks to some kind of dialogue !

Perhaps shutting out Pelosi and Reid is the key !!!

Why did you spoil a good post with your last sentence?? Why not give them all a chance to work together for the good of all Americans regardless of party.

1, Thank you for your review of my post.

2. You obviously have no sense of humor and an undying loyalty to the party whose name begins with a D.

3. You are also obviously not aware of the actions and quotes of the two referenced during past administration, nor it appears are you aware that these two have thrown the President "under the bus" since he came into office.

4. You should check the latest poll for the bodies they "run"....knowing that they alone are not responsible, their responsibility is very high dont you think. By the way, that number is about 26%.

and lastly, the two I referenced have had numerous opportunites of the last 3 years to show ANY inkling of doing what you hope they will do now and failed miserably !

Good post! It reminds me of one of my silly fantasies. Each party gets to generate x number of bills. Everybody's locked up tegether in the Capitol and they aren't released until they've finished voting on every one of the proposals and every congressman files a full explanation of each of their votes. (sort of like having them act like the Supreme Court, except they could just wing it, explaining on the record why they think it's "right", instead of trying to be faithful to a Constitution they don't understand anyway.)

I think dialogue is a waste of time. Only thing this POTUS thinks about is his LEGACY.

It appears that a Republican cannot have a dialogue with Obama.

Obama gets upset at anything said by a Republican
because Republicans are interested in smaller Government, in leaving the private sector alone, in lower taxes, in fewer handouts and treating terrorists as the enemy. Obama is interested in just the opposite.
