iWalk 2.0 Hands Free Crutch
Has anyone else had one of these? I bought one in anticipation of having surgery on my foot. The last time I had surgery on this foot I was on crutches for six months and I hated them.
I saw this online and figured it was worth a try. I assembled it and followed the instructions for fitting, but I'm having a terrible time getting used to it. On the website httphttps://iwalk-free.com/ people claim to have gotten used to it in fifteen minutes. I'm wondering if I don't have it fitted correctly. If anyone has had a positive experience with an iWalk I would appreciate some help. I have read reviews where some people said it didn't work for them and they returned it. I will do that if I absolutely can't get it to work, but I really want to give it my best shot as my experience with crutches was horrible. |
Youtube has many videos about the crutch and how to use it. Usually a lot of useful information on their videos. Maybe watching will help.

If that fails they have advised me that there is a fitting specialist in Mount Dora. She will probably charge since I didn't buy it there, but if I can get it to work, it will be worth it. |
