Clear Link/Comcast
 

I called Clear Link to ask about getting cable, internet and phone installed. They said they can do part of installation but I had to call Comcast too. I called Comcast and got sombody in a far away country, whom I could barely understand, with a connection which kept cutting out. After two attempts I gave up.
Does anyone know how this stuff works? I really don't know why I have to call Clear Link and Comcast. Seems like one phone call should be sufficient. I'm obviously missing something.

Comcast bought out Clear Link. The local Comcast number in Leesburg is 352-787-7875.

Thanks Bogie Shooter. I'll try that number. Maybe I'll get someone local to talk to. Still don't know why I got a letter from Clear Link though.
