My husband was sent to Active Rehab 352-430-0473, 201 Guava St., Suite 206, Lady Lake. Across from Lady Lake Library off 441 and 446. Dr. Utkarsh Patel was assigned to my husband and he thought he was excellent and even considered paying him to go private when Medicare ended. My husband has knee damage and a severe dropped foot from a botched surgery 30 yrs ago. Dr. Patel helped him more than anyone else has.
