I am a single professional woman who is going to be relocating to The Villages in either June or July 2010. I am looking to rent a single family home on a long term lease. I do not smoke and I have no pets! I am extremely neat and tidy and would make a wonderful tenant! I can only pay up to $1,200/month. I also have personal references who live in The Villages.
