Tony Packos

I was surprised to find a Packo's Rest in The Villages. It's the same hungarian hot dog as the one in Toledo, Oh. Whenever I traveled through Ohio I would make it a point to stop at the original. This one is located inside the Fiesta Bowl and I had a bowl of the chicken chili and a Packo dog and was very satisfied. It tasted just like the rest in Oh. The server told us that the food is prepared in Oh and shipped frozen. Will be back for more!

Repeat of a post from an earlier thread on Packos

Being an east coast guy and having been a Mash fan, one of my biggest disappointments was a long anticipated Tony Packo hot dog.

I had one during my last TV visit and I was underwhelmed.

It is a pretty good tube steak but all in all still just a hot dog.
I had a pretty good dog at 5Guys with much better fry's.
