How to Get Resident ID
 
Does anyone know how people who buy a FSBO in TV and close at a title company get their resident IDs?

Take your signed Deed and settlement papers to any of the three Villages Closing Offices. You will walk out with photo ID’s and a pair of gate cards. Easy.

Yes, and that's the same for someone buying through any outside (non-Villages) agent.
