Up dated referrals
 

Moving into new home in Pennecamp and want to get a list of the referrals people have for:

Screen in front porch
Tile Grout Sealing
Attic Stairs
Birdcage for Back
Garage floor finish
Tiling for front porch and lanai

I know there are lots of threads here but would be nice to have a list of the good ones updated in one place.

We just had White's Aluminum add a birdcage to our new (resale) house. We used them three years ago to add a birdcage to our CYV. We like them.
Cliff at 352-516-2653 would be happy to give you an estimate.

I will use Amy Newsome 352-308-7410 to "detail" the floor in the birdcage. She also does driveways, sidewalks, garage floors. Any pattern, colours, etc, that you like. She has a book of ideas or you can design your own.

We used M&M for attic stairs... they did ok but there are more up to date recommendations on TOTV

Tile Grout sealing???? not sure why this is a day one project....shouldn't it already be done? We re-sealed ours after a year or so with product from Home Depot.
