What Time Do You Eat Evening Meal?

When you eat at home, what time do you normally eat?

Pinball wizard 11-14-2018 05:53 PM

Why? Do you want to come over for dinner?
:mmmm:

I don't eat meals because I don't think it is healthy. I eat individual items about 6 or 7 times a day. Eating a large meal in the evening is especially unhealthy.

papasetti82 11-14-2018 06:24 PM

Why, do you want to call me at that time.

Do you have sugar issues?

No, I just think it is better for digestion, and preventing heartburn.

I don't know how you did that poll, but it's neat.

Time varies based on the days activities and also based on the time of the year. We love being outdoors, and the evening hours are our favorite time of the day, so as a general rule of thumb we never eat dinner until it gets dark out. So dinner is much later in the spring/summer than it is in the fall/winter. The only problem with our dinner schedule is that it does not lend itself well to taking advantage of the "early bird" special.

For me dinner is between 5:45 & 6PM.

4:30-5pm We don't eat lunch. We eat late breakfast, early dinner. AND he (who does not gain weight) snacks @8pm.

Brenda.ball 11-15-2018 01:25 PM

We eat 6 small meals per day. Each is balanced with protein and carbs. Keeps the glucose levels consistent throughout the day. No highs and lows in sugar levels and no binge eating at the end of the day.
