:a040: I'm so excited to be a new homeowner in The Villages - my new home in Pennecamp closed today and I'll be on the road with Maggie the dog and Boomer the cat on the 15th and will arrive on the 20th - yeah! Does anyone know a good and reasonable landscape company? Hope this goes thru - not sure how to post --:shrug: Thanks.

You have a CAT named Boomer?

Wow. We have a person who calls herself Boomer on this forum and she is very witty, interesting and funny.

Back to your wonderful situation. I know you will be happy here. I hope that you will have at least 1000 years here in Paradise. Welcome to you.

This explains a lot. Boomer has really just been a cat randomly walking around a keyboard.

Now this all makes sense.

I HIGHLY recommend, Jeff from Sunscape, 352-223-7850. He not only is terrific but also cares about his customers AFTER the sale. Not many do that anymore once they have your money.......

I am so, so excited for you.

We have something in common besides a house in TV! I have a seven lb. (small for his breed) Shih Tzu and a 15 lb. cat!

Don't know what type of cat. He's black. He adopted us about a year and a half ago when he was just a scrawny little thing. He grew so fast that, for a while, I was afraid he was really black cougar masquerading as a cat. He's sweet, feisty and affectionate. My dog is named Bogey and my cat is Two Putt. They are anxious to meet your little ones.

Congrats, Lynda. DH and I are about a month behind you, closing on our house here in CT on 4/15 and then hope to get a courtyard villa in Pennecamp with our shih tzus. Hope to be your neighbor soon!

I looked and looked and ended up with a cottage home on Ashwood Run in Pennecamp. It would be fun to have a Pennecamp "block party" - great way to meet new neighbors.
