Humane Society/SPCA of Sumter County Upcoming Special Events 2018
 

We are grateful to have many invitations to participate in our community's special events beyond our scheduled adoption events. We thank you all so much!

We'll have our donated charity table space at the following Vendor Nights in varying Town Squares in The Villages. We'll have our important pet safety information, freebies and great holiday gift items for the pet lovers in your life! Check out our beautiful animal tees, our "Tree of Love" holiday tote bag and more!

Thursday, Dec.. 6th Brownwood Square Vendor Night 5-9pm
Wednesday, Dec. 12th Lake Sumter Landing Vendor Night 5-9pm
Tuesday, Dec. 18th Spanish Springs Vendor Night 5-9pm

Look for our tent also at area events such as:
Wildwood Winterfest Friday, November 30th 5:30-9:30pm at the City Hall Pavilion
Women's Golf Expo, Saturday December 1st 9:30am-1:30pm at Lopez Legacy Country Club
Lady Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Expo Wednesday, Dec. 5th 10am-3pm at St. Timothy's Catholic Church

Plus we'll be busy at Barnes & Noble Booksellers wrapping gifts at no cost, donations appreciated, Dec. 20th-24th all day!

Whether they've been naughty or nice, pet lovers are invited to bring their cherished pets for a festive holiday snap shot to local Santa Pet Photo sessions at:
Buffalo Ridge Animal Hospital (748 Village Campus Circle -off CR 466) are free but a donation to our HS/SPCA is requested.
Petco in Rolling Acres Plaza proceeds from the $9.95 fee will be donated to our HS/SPCA as we are an Adoption Partner on Saturdays, Dec. 8 & 15 from 1-4:00pm and Sunday, Dec. 16 from 1-4:00pm.

Upcoming Adoption Events:
Petco National Adoption Event, Saturday Dec. 1st 10am-2pm (dogs will be present! Our cats are showcased year-round.)
Villages Dog Adoption Day, Friday Dec. 21st at Seabreeze Recreation Center, 11am-1pm

Keep in mind our shelter will be closed to the public Dec. 22nd-25th. Happy Holidays to you and your pets!
