Custom windows/advanced construction
 

Regarding my previous threads, I just brought up a website called "Ripoff Report"..Lo and behold theres a write-up regarding Custom Windows stating someone installed their windows in their home and the gaps were so huge that they had bugs crawling through them into the house, They tried to deal with President of the Company JohnCwik 352-291-7714 he said Yeah Yeah (same as they did with me) and doesnt stand up to his product.
I suggest anyone planning on doing this type of construction not use either company call this gentleman first and get all in writing.
In my case, I know ADVANCED measured wrong and CUSTOM WINDOWS will not send me the report stating this. Both companies are uncooperative and please do not use either..
By the way..Custom Windows warantee states it can only be honored by the person who installs them...So..the beatiful brochure they give you ...means nothing!!!!
I have thrown my money down the toilet...... Laura
