see all shower

Well, in my younger years I might have thought this would be cool. Now at the tender age of 70, I enjoy being clothed and or having a little bit of privacy. They must be building for the very young in McClure. :icon_wink: The shower

I think there will be a big demand for shower curtains and shampoo caddies at Bed Bath Beyond!

Friends of mine just moved into their new home at the esplanade in Sarasota. They have this exact shower. Said it was fun to pick it out but a major pain to keep clean

One like this would work, if you have a tree.

You still have privacy unless someone is using the bathroom while you are showering. :D Must be a b1tch to keep clean.

Frosted glass window film is available at HD or Lowes, and easily applied. Modesty issue solved.

I love the clear glass in a shower. There are no secrets in our house. But.......how does anyone squeegee that tall glass? We squeegee after every shower and I wouldn't want to get the step stool after every shower.

We were in this exact house last Saturday and had the same reaction...how do you keep it clean! We squeegee every time, but this would be way too much for us. And way too many nozzles...think I counted four (including the rain effect) for each person showering. While the home is beautiful, and I love the 10 foot ceilings, this shower is too much for us.

Just buy a new house with a walkin shower. If you just moved here you're going to buy at least 2 anyway.

Especially with the limescale problem down here. My first thought is always for things that are easy to clean which is why I rejected vessel sinks also.

I agree with may of the others regarding maintenance issues with the glass, but I really like the way it makes the bathroom look and feel so open and large. I like the tile job too.
