Cactus Jack and the Cadillacs
 

Cactus Jack and the Cadillacs played at LSL last night and rocked the crowd. The group has changed its format over the years and have capitalized on their strong instrument playing abilities. They jammed in two ZZ Top renditions, La Grange and Smart Dressed Man and killed it. They also did a long version of Cannibal & the Headhunters version of Land of s Thousand Dances that was a crowd pleaser. BTW, that rendition was at the end of the night and the Square was still rockin'.

We saw them for the first time last night. They were a very good band to listen and watch.....Makes us in the dancing mood....Good Show.

One other thing I'd like to mention is the new lighting at the LSL bandstand. What an improvement! Hugely better.
