WE WILL BE CLOSING ON OUR NEW HOME IN PENNECAMP THIS FRIDAY MARCH 26TH. CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST EVERYTHING HAS HAPPENED SINCE OUR VISIT IN DECEMBER. ANXIOUS TO SEE ALL OUR TOTV FRIENDS AND MAKE NEW ONES TOO.

See you in a few weeks! We close on our 4/15. We are in the lower half of Pennecamp, Altamonte Villas. Where are you located in Pennecamp?

That's great that you're closing. How long did it take to build your house? We sign Friday to have ours built in Pennecamp. We've owned the lot for 8 months and we're finally closing on our present house. We are on Lake Ridge Drive, where are you?

We are moving in!
 
We closed by mail on our house in Belle Aire this month, and arrive Friday to "claim" it! We are beyond excited! We had some furniture delivered today, and pick up our golf cart Sat morning! We plan to be snowbirds for a while, because Northern NY really is beautiful in the summer and autumn. We are very happy to be official Villagers now, and anxious to meet new friends. If anyone is looking for a not too serious golf partner, my husband is available next week!
