2017 club car won't run at times. gas
 

I have a 2017 streetrod cart with the Subaru engine. At times it won't start when the accelerator is pushed unless you push several times. Today on the golf course it wouldn't start until I put in reverse and back to forward. I know it's under warranty but I prefer to not take it to the dealer. My understanding is that this is a common problem but no one has been able to tell me what is causing the problem.
